What they do
Phoneware delivers cloud-based VoIP telecom to businesses on the NetSapiens platform — the phone system, the customer portal, and everything that has to stay up the moment a company picks up the line.
Its founders are highly technical operators who, like most, were being pulled in every direction at once — a dozen worthy initiatives competing for the same hours. Our job wasn't to add more building. It was to point the building at what mattered.
Where we leaned in
- Brought focused execution to the top initiatives — concentrating effort on the work that actually moved the platform forward instead of spreading thin across everything at once.
- Built Phoneware Edge — a server-side app configurator and multiloader for the NetSapiens portal, so the right apps load per reseller, domain, and role from a single bootstrap.
- Made the stack AI-applied: Model Context Protocol servers that expose NetSapiens and Peplink InControl to AI agents.
- Shipped the supporting plumbing — an SMS-to-email relay and voice-AI over SIP — so the platform does more without more headcount.
